West Harbour Gardens Residential Care
West Harbour Gardens is off Hobsonville Road, making it easily accessible for residents' family and friends.
The building, interior design and furnishings have been designed and purpose-built for our residents' comfort and enjoyment. We have four communal lounges that are very homely and provide the opportunity for residents to enjoy the company of others. The lounges open out to attractive courtyards and gardens, which are a delight to our residents who often enjoy a quiet stroll through them.
West Harbour Gardens is a 70-bed facility which caters for hospital level residents. We can offer you a choice from:
* Continuing (hospital) level care
* Respite care
* Palliative care
* Care for young people with disabilities
Each resident has an individual room which looks out over a central courtyard and garden area. The rooms are light and spacious with ample room for your favourite armchair, and we encourage you to make it homely by bringing along your favourite ornaments and your own pictures to hang on the walls. We want you to feel at home.
West Harbour Gardens is Certified by the Ministry of Health to provide age related residential care services under the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2004. Specifically this relates to medical and geriatric services, and is valid for renewal in late 2011.
