On-going training and comprehensive operational policies further strengthen the quality of care we offer.

Our Manager at each facility is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Home, they have an overwhelming passion and commitment to providing quality care to you.

Managers are supported by staff at our Head Office in Whangarei and Regional Office in Auckland.

Our Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Operations Manager regularly tour each home to provide hands-on assistance and guidance.

Janet Cohen
CEO
Jan is an invaluable member of the TerraNova team with over 30 years experience in the health industry.

She oversees the 'big picture' which includes strategy, performance, organisational development and operational models.

Jan is very hands-on: when spending time at each home she talks to guests, to families and to staff to ensure she’s always got her ‘finger on the pulse’.

Yolanda Muir
Clinical Operations Manager
Yolanda holds the important position of Clinical Operations Manager, responsible for the Clinical Governance for the TerraNova family of homes. The clinical health care we provide is so important to us we developed our own comprehensive clinical governance model that reports on clinical indicators on a monthly basis and which drives organizational learning.

Yolanda has 12 year experience in operations management in aged care in New Zealand where she is respected for her high standards and knowledge. Again, like Jan, she adopts a very hands-on approach which keeps her well-informed about our homes and services.
