| The TerraNova Group is a family owned and operated, uniquely New Zealand, company. We own and operate numerous residential care homes throughout the North Island.
Directors (and married couple) Terry Bell and Jenny Patterson and their two young daughters live in Whangarei where the TerraNova Head office is situated.
Nine years of successful and detailed involvement in their residential homes means they’re experienced hands – the challenges are frequent but the passion to do right by you is their driving force.
Jenny and Terry believe in surrounding themselves with other experienced hands in all aspects of aged care and are proud of the team working with them:
- A Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Operations Manager regularly tour all homes to ensure managerial and clinical standards are being met whilst assisting staff with new initiatives for care and lifestyle.
- A Manager at each site takes control of the day-to-day operations at each home supported by a Clinical Coordinator and other wonderful staff
Being part of the TerraNova family gives you and our staff the benefit of shared knowledge and wisdom in the provision of aged care which, at times, can be complex.
However being part of the TerraNova family does not mean you’ll experience a ‘corporate’ look, feel and approach at your new home as we actively seek to maintain the individuality of each home and its guests. |
